Nature and our homeland are very important to us. That’s why we decided to build Avita – suites to relax as a ClimateHouse. But what does that mean? In short: A ClimateHouse means energy-saving construction and dynamic living. It is the category of energy-saving, rather than the architectural style, that determines if a building is classified as a ClimateHouse.
